free will vs. predestination

Our heavenly father, the almighty. he created the heavens and the earth and its inhabitants. He made us to have a choice to follow or not. Or did he? Will it even help in the long run? A look into Romans 9 show that we are not the fist to ponder this. "6It is not as though God's word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. 7Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham's children. On the contrary, 'It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.' 8In other words, it is not the natural children who are God's children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's offspring. '' This verse, along with many others tells us to fear God. But looking deeper into the chapter you find something less repetitive. "11Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad—in order that God's purpose in election might stand: 12not by works but by him who calls—she was told, "The older will serve the younger."[a] 13Just as it is written: "Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated."[b]
14What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all!" Before either child was born, had don evil or good, God loved one and hated the other. Still moses thinks God just and God goes on to tell him that he will have mercy on those I have mercy and show love to those I love. If it is already decided, what can we do. God does what he wants. love one person and hardens the heats of other, such as pharaoh with Moses. then some will ask, why does God still blame us? who can oppose him? moses tells us we are merely man, what right have we to talk back to God? he goes on to make reference to a potter saying, "21Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? '' has he chosen who he must destroy and who to show mercy? Does it even matter what we do? Only one knows for sure.

to those who inquire as to why i am typing this,

Instead of our regular lesson during Sunday school, our teacher was not there, our class was teamed with the seniors and we were lectured on this. It stuck to my heart and i researched it, but came up short handed. So my readers i was hoping one of you might enlighten me. i know this is not how ordinary blogs go, but I'm not ordinary, and proud of it. Review to help my curious heart. pleas.
